Jun 13, 2022 · Figured it had never been used and was stuck. I put pressure on the mower deck by standing on it and it didn't move. At some point it did move and when I raised it back up it will not go back down. It is stuck in the upper position and moves about 1/2" up or down when the lever control is used. 3 point still needs pressure to lower but not raise. Cleveland, ohio. May 9, 2015. #2. With engine off, move it to mid while turning the shaft.
